Defective Items
Please contact us at +60 11-2092 7945 within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return a defective item.
Return Policy
Seven-Day Return Window
- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
- Products must be returned in good condition with all original items including packaging
- The product must be returned with the original box/packaging
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt - incomplete items, products mishandled by the buyer, or items missing original packaging will not be accepted
- Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring safe delivery
- The tracking number must be provided to us for parcel tracking and as proof of return
Refund Process
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days, but no later than 15 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods
- Refunds will only be issued to the original buyer's account
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the product arrives damaged or defective
- For defective items, you must inform us on the same day you receive the product
Proof of Purchase
- Refunds or exchanges are only allowed with the receipt issued by us
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Unsealed filament
- Unsealed resin
- All types of tapes
- Used nozzles or heat breaks
- Used print bed surfaces
- Used v-wheels or GT belts
- Unsealed glue, grease, or cleaning solutions
- Any items damaged or broken by users
Additionally, other products may be non-returnable based on their condition upon inspection.
Delivery Damage Claims: If you believe an item was damaged during delivery, video evidence of the unboxing process is required as proof. This video must clearly show the condition of the package before opening and the damaged product inside to qualify for a return or replacement.
International Orders
Import duties, taxes, VAT, shipping charges, and other miscellaneous charges are not refundable for international orders.

Rights Reserved
Edge Intelligence Sdn Bhd (Padi3D) reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement and to recover the cost of returning or collecting goods if:
- The goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery
- The goods have been misused or used other than in accordance with instructions
- The problem is due to normal wear and tear
- The goods have not been returned with the original packaging
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
